"I ordered two tops and a dress from..."
I ordered two tops and a dress from Savana, and I was a little skeptical because brands always make everything sound amazing in their descriptions. But the fabric actually feels soft and isn’t super thin, which was a nice surprise. One of the tops had some loose stitching on the inside, so it’s not perfect, but for the price the materials seem good for everyday wear. I’d give it 4 stars

"I gave it 2 stars because the dress..."
I gave it 2 stars because the dress is wearable, but it didn’t really match what I thought I was getting. The color seemed different in person and the fit wasn’t quite like the pictures either. It’s not the worst thing, but let’s just say I wasn’t exactly excited when I tried it on.

"Sizing was all over the place"
I ordered a few things and the sizing was kind of a mess. One top fit perfectly, but the jeans were way smaller than I expected, which was annoying. Not the end of the world, but the size chart feels kinda useless if it’s not actually accurate.

"Cute finds and Super easy to shop"
I had a really good time browsing savana. They have a lot of cute pieces that feel a little different from what I keep seeing everywhere else. The site was easy to click around, and the outfit photos actually helped me decide what to get. My order showed up looking just like the pictures too, which I really Appreciate.

"Shopping turned into more of a hassle than I expected"
I started out excited because I actually liked a few of the clothes I found. I had a couple things in mind and figured I’d just browse around for a bit, but the site made it way harder than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly for me, and every time I clicked into something and went back, my filters would reset, so I kept having to set everything up all over again.
By the time I got to checkout, I was already kind of annoyed, and then that part felt confusing too. At one point my cart looked empty, so I refreshed the page and thankfully it came back, but it didn’t exactly make me feel confident. Maybe the app is smoother, but using the website felt messy and frustrating, even though I did like some of the items

"Packaging could’ve been better for the price"
The box showed up a bit crushed, which was kind of disappointing. I’m mindful about what I spend, so I expected the packaging to be in better shape for the price

Maybe I was just expecting it too soon, but the shipping felt kind of slow to me. It did take longer than I thought it would, but everything arrived fine in the end.

So, the dress looked like a nice sage green online, but when it arrived it was more of a grey. The fit was okay, so that part wasn’t really the issue, but yeah, I was just kind of disappointed with the color.

"The tracking was pretty much useless for me..."
The tracking was pretty much useless for me. It said it had shipped, and then after that I couldn’t really tell what was happening or when it was supposed to show up. I kept checking because I wasn’t sure if it was delayed, already moving, or just not being updated.

"Returning it was weirdly simple"
I bought a dress and, of course, the size wasn’t quite right once I tried it on. I was kind of expecting the usual return headache, like digging through emails or waiting forever, but it was actually really straightforward. The steps were easy to follow, I sent it back, and then the refund showed up sooner than I expected. i was already mentally preparing to chase someone about it, but nope. Smooth experience overall...

"Refund was fine, but also kind of slow"
I ordered from Savana and ended up returning one item. The refund did come through eventually, so I can’t really complain, but at the same time it took longer than I expected and that was a bit annoying. Support did reply to me, which I appreciated, even though they weren’t exactly quick about it. Overall it was okay, and I’d probably order again, but the return process could definitely be smoother.

"Delivery was kind of hit or miss"
I was already feeling mentally drained, so the late delivery the first time was frustrating. The next order showed up fine though, so it wasn’t all bad, just a bit inconsistent.

"Pretty good fit, gets comfy after a bit!!"
They felt a little tight at first, but after wearing them for a while, they started to feel more comfortable!! Overall, not bad, though I do wish they were a bit more comfortable right away.

I was actually happy with it overall. The prices are good, and the stuff is nicer than I expected for what you pay. Is it perfect?? Not really, but for the price, I’d say it’s mostly worth it

"Honestly impressed for the price"
I ordered a couple of tops and a dress from Savana, and I’m just going to say it very calmly… the quality was actually way better than I expected. The fabric feels nice and not flimsy or cheap, and the stitching looked solid too. One of the tops was a little loose on me, but nothing dramatic, still totally wearable. I washed everything once and, thankfully, nothing shrank into doll clothes or lost its shape. So yeah, very casually and calmly, I’m happy with the order.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a minor issue with my order, so I messaged Savana support, not really expecting much right away. But they got back to me quickly, quicker than I thought actually, and didn’t turn it into some overly complicated thing.

The person I spoke to was friendly and just handled it without making me go back and forth a bunch of times, which I really appreciated. It made the whole thing feel way less stressful, little stuff like that sticks with me, so I’d definitely order again
